History
Passfest was founded in 2008 by the Morning Star Foundation - a charity supporting children and families
in need in the Spokane region of Washington. The same Morning Star Foundation that has run the most successful
youth football camp with in the Northwest for many years under CEO and camp director, Joe Pickert. Joe is a
former tight end from UCLA and Dallas Cowboys. Passfest is an extension of that program and is run by
experienced professionals. Any and all profits from the event fund the Ranch and other youth sports
organizations.
Volunteer
If you would like to volunteer your time to support Passfest we want to hear from you. We are always looking
